I know your not making the assumption that all immortals are from the United States, right?
East Coast vs West Coast really doesn't amount to any decent amount of knowledge that will help you find your patron immortal. I pretty much play all hours between 9am and 3am west coast time. Do I play the same hours every day? No. Would it really matter if you knew I was from the West Coast? No. Because my hours change daily, as do I'm sure the entire Immortal staff.
