Was it right for the Captain to flag since an Arbiter can't flag for killing battlement guards. How should an Arbiter rationalize not being able to flag for killing mobs? Are players the "chosen ones?" n/t:

Of course, 99.99% of the special command to let the immortals know that you are talking with a mob (do not like praying). That way, if they are not busy at the moment, they can goto you, see what you are saying and if they feel like it, switch into the mob and add to the roleplaying. I really love when immortals switch into monsters and make them come alive.
