Nope, certain things it will lose. Pluses to hit and damage, pluses or minuses to stats will be gone as well. Alignment restrictions will still apply, and special properties. Whether it be a jagged short sword, titanium spear etc. The titanium spear would still cure you and the jagged short sword would still leave you with gaping wounds.
