System lag is an inherent part of the game. It affects, and fustruates everyone, regardless of level, align, cabal, and imm status.
It may be annoying for you when you die to lag, but think about the imms who are working on problems. The heroimms who are walking through their new areas, searching for typos. The higher imms who are dealing with cabals and religions. The top imms who are working on game bugs, and new features. The imps who (and I don't know why) attempt to keep the game running.
Everyone is affected by the lag. It is not a conspiracy against you, the player. Imms don't think up new, inventive ways to screw over PCs. It is as much a problem to them as it is to you. And repeated asking, bickering, and bothering about it does not solve it.
In the upper left portion of your screen, it says CF IS LAGGY. It is a fact: you cannot change it. It happens. If you can't deal with it, then don't log on. Rewrite your description offline. Work on your role. Read a book to get ideas for characters. Surf the web. Go to work. Work on your car. Visit your friends. Try something new.
Lag happens. It's a fact. Trust in the powers that be, whether that's the imms, the phone company, or whomever, that it will be taken care of.
