What does Charisma do exactly? I usually like to pick 8 or 9 so that my stat-descriptor is "despised" and I can use that in my description or role...

Is there any truth to the following:

- Some aggressive monsters will only attack you if you're below a certain charisma.

- You can better resist Bard songs with a higher charisma.
