Not that my knowledge on Galadriel is current, but in the old days she was known to correspond with prospective followers through notes, and even empower people offline without ever having looked at/talked to them in person.

Certainly not the standard way of empowerment, but if you are patient and can write memorable notes to her frequently, you have a chance. Just don't expect her to respond to prays.

She's always had one of my favorite religions, stretching back to the dawn of the mud. Certainly worth the extra effort if you can RP your way into it.
