Long before CF I played a mud that used this system....and have loathed the idea of it ever since this one day when my mid-ranked warrior picked up a well-worked silver breastplate and wore it...only to recieve the message:
You do not have the experience to use this equipment
It was a friggen breastplate!!! I was a warrior...how the hell could I not figure out how to use it? Based on that, and just a general dislike of level limited equipment, I really REALLY don't like this idea.
