Not that this is the way it should be done..but, I usually have my character lead around a bit before I take on the task of leading. Not that couldn't do it myself, perhaps better in some cases, but it kind of gives the feel that he is a bit more real. Even if I have been to Trothon with a past character.. I am not going to let on that I know the way thru...and go blazing thru. I am gonna play stupid and let someone else take me thru. I have been to the ruins of the Deep a thousand times, but the first time I go there with a new character I ALWAYS have someone lead me. But thats just me... and I usually only reserve this for the higher level areas like Trothon etc... I run thru the past just as fast as anyone else:)
