Jorin(sp?) became the emperor without being in counsil and was the first(am I right?) emperor to die con-death.
Last time Empire had full counsil and emperor? Maybe in Quinthen's time? Not sure.
I hope Leceas becomes the warmaster.
There is a couple of healers and one shaman. I think Zilor has a chance to get high priest seat if she logs on a bit. Healers seem to be ok too when they don't forget to commune protective shield on them.
Black? I have seen only one lowbie fire AP, that's about it.
Arcane? I've seen some mages, don't know much about them.
