Only took a couple hours of looking, but in a box hidden away in my closet, on a scrap of paper. So I am sorry if it isn't perfect, but I remeber copying it down at 3 am, laughing my ass off.
Not sure on the line spacing, but I tried.

Delacroix: Knight tales

Beladorizid, who was once a knight,
wore spurs of gold and tabard white,
was drinking mead in his honored hall
when who upon he should call
but Dylan, seductress, in evil’s thrall

Her darkened eyes and redblack lips,
These were things he could not resist
Of Helen, or Daisy so taken was he
Her evil, this he could not see
And spite his honor, in spite his vows
Her flesh he swore himself to know,
To part those lips with slackened tongue
To press his hand in hair undone,
But of honor remained (a residue)
And he held to marry ere consum’d

Lost to reason, inspired thought
These plans before Cador he brought
Who smote him, as you would a bug,
Stripped him of his spurs, of man
Rid him of all but this love for Dylan.
And when he went to her with wide, dog eyes
Did she hold him? Bear his cries?
Nay
She laughed.
She laughed and walked away. (He died)
She Laughed and walked away to seduce another.
So if you are a Knight, and with wisdom bequeathed
Hear my word, and keep that sword sheathed
