When I started Mudding in XXXXXXXX, it grabbed me in.. few MUDs
do that to me. I'm a 6 year veteran at the role-playing addiction
and I've been searching for a MUD that I like for sometime. Using the
MUD connector I must have searched over 200 times and tried out at
least 100 different MUDs.. none kept me more than a day. They just
weren't fun and starting a character was a real pain. I got to XXXXX
XXXX, nothing like that.. The character creation is easy and good
detail. Starting as a newbie is not hard, great areas, and the people
will always stop to help you if you ask. Now? I'm a top-level at the
MUD and I enjoy it more and more each day; its not boring now that I
can't level and I don't go out and just kill kill kill. I role-play.
I help others, it's fun. They hold quests almost everyday, challenging
me and other levels both. It's a great role-playing MUD, for the
immortals there WANT Rp.. and they back it up. They aren't afraid to
tell you to be quiet if your blabbing your stats on the gossip
channel. They are always adding new areas and new skills/spells
occasionally. There are no 'lets go run amuck and pk everybody'
allowed, it's regulated, and you must have a role-playing reason. It's
fun, it's challenging. I love it. Stop in, and see what it's like.
