YOU HAVE to make sure that you are HIDDEN...that is the fastest way I have found to perfect that, and doing that took me less than 15 minutes, that is no lie, so make sure you have hide perfected and hide and sneak each time you attempt a steal, remember that and you will have that perfected in minutes and buy a kitten, and use about 15k in coins, that way you are stealing more, which increases your chances. and go practice in galadon where no one can hear you . that is my knowledge of steal.
