I perfected creep at rank 20. I am aware of the behavior with regard to time in the woods. However, I am in my mid thirties in rank now, and I fail creep A LOT. I was sitting there staring at that "quiet movement" at 1% and wondering if I was missing something, that this was normal, or perhaps a bug.

Oh well, you are likely correct.
