I think he wants to know how to get gear. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's probably just looking for alternatives to greenish-brown.

For dwarf, scavenge around the manor for earthen gear and around Akan for dwarf-only gear.

For fire giant, the manor, and when you're higher with a weapon spec possibly solo the red dragon in the sewer (the sewer's fun to explore, bring a couple returns.).

For elf, request request request. Try not to die til you hit 32 or whatever, then you can just get a packed-with-nature's-goodness damage suit from the green buggers in past-Forest of NoWhere. Throw in a couple opals and a couple swords from the wererat prince (Sewers) and you're one dangerous little fairy.

Human ranger, well. Used to be you had bears and could kill people. I don't really like new rangers. Feel like a castrated warrior pre-35ish. Just scavenge for earthen and use the basic items. Ask a high ranger for a staff, possibly. The Emerald Forest guild has a couple rangerish things. Rangers can walk really fucking far, so going to Seantryn Modan for black steel swords/gear isn't nearly the pain it would be otherwise.
