If you're anathema, and a ghost, and they just happen to be on eastern road when you spam east... they auto attack you because you try to leave the room... being attacked by a centurion with 34 hp as a ghost sucks some ass right there. It happened to me as Ehoviu a couple times before I realized to 'whe centurion' before i kicked ass across the eastern.
