If you kill someone you should have at least a few seconds without anyone bothering the corpse to gather what you wish. Otherwise, deal with the water skins and such.. it's part of the hunt.

Besides, if anyone has anything worthy to take, they won't be caring anything unnecessary and everything will be valuable.
