Once someone is named leader of a cabal (or sect, for that matter), they never show?

The only leader I see around on a regular basis is Quitnius.

Haven't seen Hifflio since the hell trip.

Haven't seen the sect leaders, on a regular basis, 'cept for Motiak.

Haven't seen Magtograme in a long while. (though there is a rumor of battle purge)

Been two days since Malaglen. But it was quite some time before those two days ago.

Not flaming, just curious is all. Would seem to me, if you weren't going to be around, you'd step down (like Manshoon) or
delete (like Shimae).
