First... Let's say I'm a rank 16 assassin, that's when I'd be able to get Scissor Kick (if I had gotten Side Kick to 91%). Now, let's say I neglected practicing and still had wheel kick, didn't even have scissor kick on my list. I would be totally vulnerable to a scissor kick, moreso than if I had it even at 75%? Right?

Secondly: Does the same hold true for kotegaeshi and kansetsuwaza, and any other skill for that matter. It's clear that if you're 100% dagger 100% parry against someone who's 75% dagger 100% parry, you'd hit them more than they'd hit you.. all being equal except the Dagger variable. But it's not so clear with other skills. Thanks for any input.
