Without going into detail, I'll say that much
of your post is false. I'll also say that
the learning rate of a couple of things have
been tweaked since they've gone in. I think
most of the imms (Well.. the ones who were
involved with paladins at least) would agree
that shielders and 2h-ers are well-balanced.
