Perhaps if they had 'magical aura', you know sanc ect.

Then change the eq so that most isn't magical and then make the DB/BL on those that had magical eq. As it is now it is flawed in in-game-logic. They assume all warriors/thiefs/assassins use magic *until* they are in battle ? What about the applicants and the people they have turned from the wicked path of magic ? They are not in battle, don't use magic and yet and rager will attack them and then DB/BL them to death.
