Well, you learned a few good lessons, there: 1. When you die to a PK, it is usually best to drop link at the altar. This is because when you're pissed, you'll either delete or charge after the person naked and just die again. You drop link, cool off, and come back in a few days to regear. 2. If you don't drop link, and want to take the time to regear, be sure to expect another attack from anyone at any moment. This means no requesting, unless the circumstances warrant it. Get everything you can through killing before you request. 2a. Requesting: Requesting is deadly. Like dropping link for three hours in the open deadly. Only request if the gear is worth it. In your case, mithril from New Thalos, a heavily trafficked area, while you're alone is not worth it. 3. Time was, Shadow could locate the whereabouts of anyone at any time. That makes multikilling cheap. Because you can litterally hunt someone over and over until they finally drop link and they have zero chance of evasion. Times have changed, however. Multikilling involves a mistake on the victim's part as well as the aggressor's. When you are multi-killed, think about how you let it happen, and don't do that again. 4. You're right, they're bastards. But sometimes they have no choice but to multi-kill you if you are in the same area as they. Their roleplay might require it, or else they'll be punished. Just be sure not to let them do it. Wrath to the Wicked.
