The characters that had IMMs come down on them were worthless trash like Wollscheid and Severyns. They had essentially no role, and attacked anything and everything that breathed and wasn't stronger than they were.

They were busted for bad roleplaying. Yes, killing a lot of people (funny how Wollscheid deleted right after air majors were toned down) will draw more attention to you, but the fundamental line that was crossed was a roleplaying one.

The other characters who killed a lot and got denied were permagroups. This is a rules violation, and they deserved what they got. If you break the rules, it shouldn't matter how your roleplaying is.
