Situation: There are two merchants... The second one sells a kayak and rowboat. (Yes this is in Arkham.) Look at the following log...

Town Square
This is the intersection between Main Street and Dragon's Road. Pale citizens
mill about a large statue of a warrior standing victoriously over a slain
dragon. Main Street leads east and west and Dragon's Road runs north and
south. A large cathedral stands to the southwest.

A large, ornate fountain is here.
(White Aura) A wandering merchant pushes a cart along the street.
(White Aura) A merchant is here selling boats.
