It's a cabal power that turns interaction into gibberish and makes communication impossible. It DOES NOT kill roleplay, however -- not even during the power's duration of effect.

You have the distinct sound of someone who was preaching in the inn until an Entropist walked in and noticed you talking, and turned your speech to gibberish. In that case, you have my sympathies, but you have to learn to incorporate that into your roleplay. It's not like the entire room full of people is forced to go OOC suddenly because somebody used gibberish. So you're irritated... roleplay that!
