I managed to kill Draktha...with the help of the Destructor. Bard songs are excellent for creating the illusion that your enemy is winning the fight, when in reality, things are not going well at all. As for the phylactery question, I answered that in response to a log of Dhaevor's a while back. It is possible to avoid a Lich's phylacteries, in certain situations. But tactically speaking, it makes it that much harder to kill said Lich. This has nothing to do with Zorszaul. I fought him a few times, I think three, solo each time (one time I got When You Don't See Me on him, I lasted about twelve rounds...I was spellbaning like a madman, and he got so frustrated he started using chromatic fire on me...he healed me, then created ten mirrors of me, and I got away...classic!), and the only time I died was at the giant. I still have no idea how he got me, either. One minute all his zombies are fighting the giant, the next minute they are all fighting me (and bashing and tripping). So I am by no means the Lich expert!
