You seem to be ignoring how PK ranges work.

Sure, as you gain levels, you will become more powerful. This is why PK ranges exist. So let's say you are a level 20 fire giant, and getting whooped by level 25 human conjurers. So you rank up to 25, think "Hah! I've got those guys now!"

Except, now a level 30 conjurer, with even nastier elementals, is in your PK range.

Powerleveling is not going to get you an advantage, since conjurers get stronger all the way to hero. Powerleveling -is- a good idea to get around classes that hit their peak at a certain level.... thieves are mighty nasty around level 30, but once you've ranked to 40, you don't see so many. Ditto with warriors in their 20's.

But leveling up to avoid conjurers? Bad advice.
