The pair in question were not grouped and there were others to back the claim. They were both lawful and had never been criminals, the only thing the criminal in question had to say first was that I was "a stupid fucking moron arbiter"... great way to sway the decision to your favor, I asked Quintius's advice on the situation and his advice was that it was a judgement call, given that they had witnesses and were lawful and you had no one to defend your side of the arguement I believe I made a sound choice with the evidence provided.
I will no longer defend my desicion just presenting the facts that the criminal decided to leave out/change.
