No way you're going to endure the hardship of being a rank 20 'muter just for a measley role. A role should be something you develop over time, not just suddenly pop into at 51. If you are getting to 51 in 30 hours, you're not developing your role as you go along. You aren't playing a character, you're manipulating an automaton for 30 hours then trying to spontaneously generate a character. That's fine if that's how you want to play, but it's not a good rp'ing strategy, and you'll diminish the pleasure others derive from the game in the process.
