I'd be willing to bet bash hasn't changed since you started playing. If you go back far enough to remember bash that did scratches every time, give yourself a gold star.

It's a lag lottery. You're going to always slow commands down (when you hit) but you're not going to always have hold person that mauls.

(Disclaimer: The above isn't even true, but it's close enough)
