Nope. He probably gave it to you because he thought you might be able to use it, but only the one who cast the spell can use it. You could sac it and hope the AP who unholied it is online... that's always fun. :P Get someone to ID it and see if it has any charges. If it does, try and hold onto it until you can leech it.
