Practicing their second specialization is a smart thing to do in my opinion. Give them a break, do not forget that that battle was purged not long ago, let them get on their feet solidly. Also, as far as the courage goes. Ragers are supposed to be the most skilled warriors in there (perfected skills), part of being this means that they use their head when it comes to fighting. Jumping up and charging in all blodthirsty without taking an accounting of what your up against isn't courage, it is stupidity. And if you have ever played a BattleRager I am sure you have heard this once or twice.
