What are you saying!?!? IGNORANCE IS BLISS! At least it has been for me. I used to get all wrapped up in the soap opera that is the OOC world of imms, elites, and "those in the know" and it was severely detrimental to my enjoyment of the game. Once you stop visiting IRC things get infinitely better. ICQ is 100 times better than IRC since you can screen who you have to listen to and aren't privvy to the plethora of untruths that are spawned by fools in IRC. I think the saddest part of your post is that it really colors CF and the imms that run it in a negative light mainly as the result of some imms and the whole "rotten apple in the barrel" thing. I can put a name to each scenario involving imms that you outlined above and for the most part I've found enjoyment by not interacting with those imms or taking part in the cabals that they run. I can only hope that I don't start hearing Bria stories or I'm going to have to start playing uncaballeds exclusively or else just stop playing all together(I haven't logged on for over a week so maybe that'll happen anyway). It's sad really. There are imms that are genuinely good people that can adhere to the rules they set forth with little problem, and then there are those that make you want to pull out your hair and make you ashamed to be a part of the human race.
