Arial have to learn hand to hand but can dual wield a weapon. Felar dual wield their claws even with a 2 handed weapon.
Backfist is an automatic skill of assassins that you need an open hand for which felar..have.
Arial have a high int and you have kicks to learn, as well as every other skill is you want a truly succesful assassin.

I myself have always been partial to arial for assassins...though human and arial can be nice. As well as drow though im not a drow player.
