1. This has got to me one of the best, concise, to-the-point and down-to-earth things I've ever heard from a leader. And the fact that you've spoken this so well, and can do so without a bit of patronization or cockiness is wondrous indeed. From what I can see from my remote, uninvolved viewpoint is that you're doing well, and with a bit of originality as well. Well said, you're entire post, except the piece about the mandatory anal inspections, that's a bit much.
