Maybe I was a bit harsh. But when somebody calls me (because I consider myself an average CFer),

1. visions that the average CFer (being average) are a little too grounded/sucky to expect.
2. The 13 year old quake player, etc.

I just got a little hot when I read that. If people missed my point (like genius coder with his synapsis definition), there's nothing I can do but remain pissed. It just seemed that you were coddling him a bit, Shokai. I'm not saying the other points were valid, I just didn't like most of the playerbase being portrayed as a bunch of idiots.
