Im not sure if its just me or...is the arbiter cabal a bit out of theme for CF? The main reason i say this is the fact that the cabals on cf are supposed to be the epicenter of RP. And this is true most of the time. The only time it isnt true is when an Arbiter is carrying out his job. Ive seen Arbiters use mechanical game advantages to make their jobs a helluva lot easier. Is this right? Here is the general scenerio.. Arbiter: Did you attack the mage guild guard in Galadon? And of course we all know that if you walk back in he will yell and attack you..etc. I would much rather see a more involved method of carrying out justice. Arbiter: Jack the fella whose jaw you broke while trying to break into the mage guild is wanting to press charges.. Anyways..you see my point.. Whats everyones opinoin? Gabe
Felon: Sure didnt.
Arbiter: Come to the mage guard or be flagged.
Felon: I didnt break his jaw..
Arbiter: Well he seems to think different..
Felon: Well jack decided my bribe wasn't enough and threw it back at me..so i jabbed him in the jaw...I dont think i broke it though..
Overall I dont think Arbiters should force game mechanics on someone, else they give you the alternative of if you dont comply your guilty..
