I notice that a lot of people spend countless hours trying to get into cabals. Leaders are often swarmed and spend 99% of their time answering questions and doing interviews. Ok, critics...I know this cuts down on roleplaying....but wont it be easier to remove the few people afterwards...who dont roleplay and arent following philosophy? Just a thought....I know the flames are a coming...
Why not code a 'recruitment center' for each cabal? There would be a series of 'teachers' who would instruct on cabal philosophy and maybe even ask some questions, (with stock answers.)
The applicant would gain an understanding of what is expected of him and some basic knowledge would be learned for anyone who is very new.
Since most people who play Carrion Fields now a days have been around for years...they already know what exactly to say in each situation...which is really just a wassive waste of time.
At the end of the 'recruitment center' there will be a disclaimer saying that if the person does not follow these guidelines and is deemed unworthy..that they will be removed from the cabal..."Do you still wish to apply?"
Voila...they are in!
The Cabal leader can spend a little time talking to failures and kicking their butts out...instead of ALL of their time listeing to people who already have all the answers.
