Make a disposable character.
I made a warrior char who I took up to 15th rank to show my brother around (I didnt practice much and didnt care if i died). We grouped with others, and I basically showed him the newbie areas, what was meant by roleplay etc , then deleted.

The mud is not newbie friendly.. and I doubt the imms mind too much (imms feel free to tell me off)... if you dont go looking to pk etc etc.

My brother is now an addict... He gets pissy when I boot him off to play myself.
