First, yes it is a pain to join, and here's why: There's one person that's actively inducting, and that's eyllivea. The reason it's such a pain, is because she doesn't seem to hardly ever be around. You don't need to find their cabal, and you can't hardly tell when one is on, because there aren't all that many in the cabal, let alone those that log on actively. None of them are going to respond to a note, because they can't really do anything for you anyways.. Best and only thing to do is keep ranking and wait until eyllivea is on and vis.
