Specifically: because an offensive form can't defend, and a defensive form can't attack, while the warriors and aps do both.

Generally: because walking up and attacking with a form is like a Rager walking up and bashing without spellbane or resist. Sometimes you'll win, but usually, because you're not using all your resources, you won't.

Consider: are all your protective spells up? Aura, shield? Is your target slowed? Softened? What the heck are you doing trying to PK with a mid-rank trannie anyway?
