Depending on whether or not you are good, evil, neutral should be how you'd look at it. There is a post somewhere one of the boards about arbies and what each ie EVIL, NEUTRAL, GOOD should role-play (generalisation). Look at the log board first cos thats were I think it is.

But in that post it said a good arbie looks to the laws to protect the innocent, an evil arbie looks at what he can gain by using the law and a Neutral takes the for exactly what they are, he doesn't try and bend them or use them to protect the innocent, he only enforces them... Now if I'm wrong I'm sure 20 people will tell me in some form of flame.
