As a Cloud Ranger...... How is the skill Backrake....???:

I'm not sure, but I believe that in the helpfiles for backrake, the person or creature you are fighting must be smaller.... So, If im a Cloud Ranger, being a giant... everything is smaller than Myself... is it even worth practicing and can I use it on many others or who can or cant i use it on?
