Most of your kicks have a bonus to them...
one disarms, some lag...

If you see them get knocked dowm or pulled
down when you kick then that kick is lagging
them. Throw + ground control does good damage
and causes a good deal of lag.....but you
really need to play around with your skills.
Its all about your style and your opponent.
