In the "Help Cabal" helpfile, It used to say
"Cabals are a privelege, not a right" or something
along those lines. Keep that in mind. The Only Cabal
that really should be "Easy" to get into should be
Battle. Hell, I myself have been let into cabals
quite a few times when I shouldn't have been.
If this didn't occur, cabals would be more respectable
and ultimately more desirable, and a goal for younger
players to try and make themselves able to attain.
