If you weren't doing that, and someone else
from your site wasn't doing that, then the
more likely explanation is that someone
with the same site was being a pain in the
ass (like, rolling up characters named
Bobtheknob, etc.). In which case, you won't
be able to roll up a new character until the
ban is lifted.
