A few comments. MY point is EACH individual plays for their own reasons and DIVERSITY is the spice of the game.
1. I am playing a healer of Selric who did not pick up a weapon or shield till 45th rank.
2. My PK ability sucks no matter what character I play. Why I have not felt the need to.
3. I play cf for the entertainment and have been since 1995.
4. I chose CF for the following reasons
a. I have not found a decent well rounded Mud in Oz.
b. Time delays in game mechanics allow me to live with a suckfull ping time,
c. The people I meet generally are witty and give interesting conversation,
d. I still have not explored all the areas and know all the gear.
e. I can reflect the advice and conversations in cf to real life.
f. I know enought to have my current character survive to 48th with 2 deaths.
g. I really enjoy the buzz of a good pker hunting me. or even a persistant bad one.
