In my experience...

MUTILATES is about 50hp.

MANGLE is about 100hp.

=== OBLITERATES === is about 200hp.

I won't even attempt to go any further.. that's just what I think of when I get hit by this attacks is all.. I'm sure someone out there has an exact range of HP for each... Actually, just from looking at the logs here someone could probably make that chart up.
