Between 20-30 is kinda rough.
Low 30's is a bit easier.
The blue dragon is a fairly easy kill, and he will give you a full set of blue gear, which is nice, but heavy.
The red dragon is a bit rough still at those ranks, but he doesnt track, so you can take your time killing him, and then get a pair of nightwings to cancel out the -dex.
You should also be able to kill green giants in the past, however they hit damn hard.
And again you will need nightwings to cancel out that -dex shit.
The keep west of Galadon has a nice array of weapons that you can get.
And of course you can get your nice container along with a boat in the tower of high sorcery.
amethysts from Baltor, if you dont mind tangling with possible imperials.
Or you could get opals or skull rings from Camelot.
and that is about all you need to be able to kill someone. And then you can re-equip from there.
Oh yeah, and Dol Guldar is east of Udgaard.
And again, I just said where you can get stuff, but I aint giving you directions ;)
