No item need. Why this cabal needed... maybe it's just me, but when I was considering creation of new (evil) character, I found that his role don't fit to any cabal. Could make him uncaballed, but caballed characters (IHMO) is more funny. Cabal politic, beliefs, relations - this is why I am playing CF. Will a creation of such cabal be good for the game (balance)? I don't think so. But could be interesting. *chuckle*
