>(Hey imms, comments about your religions here?)

Ash Shokai. He's the figure of all goodness and light.

> A) Do you show compassion and allow him to recover?
> B) Do you show Valor and finish off your enemy?
> C) ....

This depends on your faith. If you are honourable, you would let him live to fight him again. If your purpose is to eradicate evil, no point letting him live. He's living will slay more innocents.

Me - B

> 2: You have sworn to protect someone at all costs, yet this person commits a crime, when the authorities arrive,
> A) Do you show honesty and turn the person in question?
> B) Honor your word and lie to protect?
> C) ...

Again it depends on the crime. Laws doesn't mean it protects the innocent. Sometimes, it means just having order in towns. Lying is not evil, IMHO. Again, honour is in question here.

Me - B

> 3: In furious battle a fellow knight deserts, leaving many endangered by doing so. If in his run he's surrounded by enemies, do you
> A) sacrifice yourself in order to protect him?
> B) let justice be served and let him die?

A

> 4: A starving and burly duergar A-P accosts you and demands your food, do you
> A) Show compassion and give him your only loaf of bread?
> B) Refuse and showing Valor engages him?

None. Happened to me before. Ask him to accept the path of righteousness.

> 5: When young you have pledged to marry your sweetheart whenever she wished. Now you're in a sacred quest and she calls you to your pledge, do you
> A) Honor your word, abandoning your quest to marry her?

B. As before honour is the main point here.

> 6: In a battle your commander order you to guard the retreat path, yet the battle goes poorly to your comrades, do you
> A) be loyal and stand your post?
> B) help your fellows in battle?
> C) ...

Now, that's tricky. I'll take A. Probably he knows the best of situation.

> 7: You have sworn to obey Lord Danellaran. He covets a piece of land owned by the gnomes, do you
> A) Honor your word and evict the gnomes?
> B) refuses to act injustly and fall in disgrace with your lord?
> C) ...

Here loyalty is in question, I suppose. I'll take B.

> 8: You have been entrusted with an uncounted purse of gold, in your path you find a family whose house and belongings have been burned and possess nothing, nor you possess anything to give, do you
> A) Show Compassion giving them some of the gold?
> B) Be honest and return the purse to the owner, intact?
> C) ...

Money can be earned again but compassion may not be shown again. Me - A.

> 9: You have been sent by your God to secure a needed treaty with a distant Lord. He seems to agree with the treaty yet insults your faith, do you
> A) Demand an apology, endangering the treaty?
> B) Listen quietly to his ramble.
> C) ...

I take my faith seriously. I'll take A. But it also depends on the outcome of the treaty. If lives is at stake, I'll take B.

> 10: A merchant owes your friend money, and you see the same merchant drops a purse of gold, do you

B. Vengeance gets you no where.

> 12: You have been taught by your deity to cherish and nurture all life. Your friend has been fataly wound and will die soon and in pain, do you
> A) Show mercy and end his pain?
> B) Stick with your faith?
> C)...

A. Only when he asks me to.

> 13: You see a young boy stealing bread, do you
> A) Show him his error and guide him in the Light?
> B) Honestly report him and allow justice take place?
> C) ...

A.

> 14: Your God have prohibited you to fight, yet you see your friend being attacked by a group of imperials, do you
> A) Try to save your friend, entering battle to do so?
> B) Be true to your deity and let your friend die?

A.

> 15: And lastly but not least, what do you think is the ideal behavior of the perfect lightwalker?

A light walker may not be honourable or lawful though he can be both. My guess is many a times we mix up honour, law and light. Think Robin Hood. I guess conscience and morals plays a large part in being a light walker, and this includes mercy and compassion. Yet a light-walker is no wimp and meek and if a death of an evil person ensures more lives saved, I think a good person would do so.

Just some thots.
